servers: Mainly on Star Forge. Several alts on Satele Shan, a few lowbies on Darth Malgus.

primary faction: I play Empire more than Republic, but that's partially b/c I have more friends who main Imperials. I enjoy both.
favorite planet: Voss (I know I'm in the minority, but it's pretty and its history is fascinating to me.)
