Ok, so while the game was still in development, I read a review where some Bioware rep was talking about how proud they were of their sound design. And I was like, "crap, this game is going to suck." Because nobody brags about their sound unless they have absolutely nothing else going for them.
Flash forward to release. My husband and I are questing together, and I look over my monitor at him as the dramatic swell of the "Call On The Force" music fills the room. "So," I said. "They were actually bragging about the sound design because it's really, really good."
"Yeah," he said. "I mean, the game's good and all, but the sound really makes it feel epic."
